John has achieved the industry-recognized designations of Certified Graduate Remodeler (CGR), Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS), and a Certified Green Professional (CGP). He is has been a professional remodeling contractor here in Bradenton and Sarasota for over 20 years. |

Nancy Kiernan: Nancy is John’s wife of 20-years and has been our Office Manager for the past 10 years. Nancy earned her Associate Degree at Manatee Community College in 1977. |

Benjamin DePrenger: Ben is Co-Owner, Vice President and our General Manager. Ben has achieved his Bachelor of Finance degree and has six years of experience in the corporate finance environment. Ben has been General Manager and instrumental in the growth and organization of Kiernan Remodeling for over the past 5-years. He will take over the control of the company once John retires. |
